AC / DC learned, over the years and with a harvest of memorable albums, generating an unbreakable love affair with the Argentine public that had its peak in the edition of the great DVD Live at River Plate, concert recorded during their last visit in 2009.

For this reason, when it comes to pure rock and roll, dirty and untidy and add the legend Made in Australia, in these parts the expectation grows and that is the case of Airbourne, a band that released several albums that echoed in our country and you will be visiting Argentina for the first time on Saturday 2 September at the Teatro Flores, with Orange (It is including the legendary Boff Serafine Riff in training).

The brain of this Australian oiled machine is Joel O'Keeffe, singer and lead guitarist of the group who spoke exclusively with La Vereda before the show.

Calmed down (contrary to what appears in his recitals) and in a good mood the musician told what will the Argentine public, the current world tour and even had time to imagine what he would do if Angus Young himself will call you to join AC / DC.

"We come from various concerts, but we are very expectantly "Joel starts to say before his imminent arrival and adds: "We want to be there and rock out".

What do you know of the Argentine public?

Worldwide it is the passionate Argentine public and we hope it is known that the same will happen with us. We had the chance to appreciate the DVD of AC / DC in River and what has surprised us is the way we sing the guitar riffs. That's crazy!

How has the tour gone so far?

Genial, We are honored to have been in all the places where we have presented and now our visit to Argentina adds first. We have never been to South America and reiterated the great expectations that we generate.

For me the tour has been great, as we have had two sections by different countries in Europe, As to the two rounds of concerts in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. We get very Oiled to South America.

In addition to Joel, Airbourne are: Ryan O´Keeffe (drums), David Roads (guitar) y Justin Street (low)

Musician 32 Years reiterates his desire to get down to this part of the continent with Airbourne, band that has released four studio albums, one live and EP debut, which it caused the attention of the music industry.

A being consulted on the list of songs that will be part of the concert, O'Keeffe explains that, to the be his first time in Argentina "will be everything" and is responsible for ensuring that "there will be a lot of rock and roll and that's fine for me".

What feelings Breakin let you outta hell, the album that brings the country?

Is a disc which has done well, He allowed us to tour and the songs were very well received. I think it has powerful songs and during this tour we have been playing four or five new songs. Particularly is an album that I like.

In a nutshell, How would you define a concert by Airbourne?

Son toneladas de rock and roll, salvaje rock and roll

On the other hand, singer and guitarist spoke about the future of AC / DC, his countrymen who ended his tour with various problems, and Axl Rose income instead of a Brian Johnson who had to undergo treatment to prevent deafness. "I think with these great bands that have enlightened us for years is unknown what will come. Anything can happen and it comes Brian get, Phil solve their problems and Cliff return from retirement, a nice, They are all alive and in good health, there is a future for them on stage.

Would you accept if one day integrate Angus calls you to integrate the band?

Claaaaaaro (laughs). Although I do not think such a thing happen.

What would happen if it really happened?

In my place I would call Brian Johnson and ask him if he was okay with the, will even tell you how it has since Back in Black!

And then you say that if ...

A resounding yes! (more laughter)
