As well as landscapes of La Boca is immediately associated with stroke Quinquela, there were other artists who continued that line. That is the case of Osvaldo Imperiale that, as Fortunato Lacámera, Luis Ferrini and Ítalo Argentino Botti, I knew a picture of one of the most picturesque neighborhoods of the city.

The particularity of Imperiale (1913-1977) is that had a very similar stroke to Quinquela, to the point that he attributed to himself several Quinquela some of his works. Such is the case in the Stream Activity (1939), oil on canvas 130 x 140 centimeters which is displayed at the headquarters of Cerrito 1522 Zurbaran.

This work, along with other great artists belonging to, They may be seen Monday through Friday 10.30 a 21 and Saturday 10 a 13.
